4.0L 88  Whats the sensor on the block below the manifold?.

Pic? Probably coolant temp for the ECU or knock

If it’s the one I’m thinking of, it’s a knock sensor.

The knock sensor is just above the oil pan, the coolant sensor is a little higher.

Knock sensor is toward the front. Coolant sensor is toward the rear.
