1. Do you mean the plug for the pillar to cover the screw?

2. I might have a set of interior, maybe exterior as well. 
3. I think I’ve got one or two of these to spare.

There's supposed to be a rubber stopper?  Anyone have any pics?  I wasn't aware this was a thing.

Yes mine deteriorated years ago but I know there was a small round rubber bumper the pedal would rest against.

Just wondering if there is a difference between a manual or automatic brake pedal configuration. My Comanche is a manual also and I don't see any rubber stopper on mine.

They are the same and there was a bumper there. Look for a flat piece of metal with a hole in it on the kick panel side. The parking brake pedal has a flat spot that lines up with it when released. #23 in the diagram, PN 83505579.
