Om606

Anyone done a om606 turbo in here? Sold both my tdis decided to do one of thes. Dohc direct injection and it's a 6cyl. Perfect replacement for the 4.0 I think

Was thinking about doing this on my old Cherokee, never pursued it. Curious to see what other people have done

Similar but missing a cylinder. That's the motor in my wagon. But there ungodly slow. The 606 can make 300hp with a injection pump tune and a slightly larger turbo

There much easier to find out west. Up in the east coast I can only find na. You can turbo those too but can only go up to about 350hp 300 being a safe mark.

Personally I'd do a BMW M57 diesel.  Very strong factory power numbers.  The engine was used in the X5d and 335d here in the US, comes with a nice twin turbo setup.  Adapter plates to connect them to an AX15 already exist.
