JeepcoMJ
:P I prefer alldatapro.com...but that costs money to use. chiltons beats hanes by far IMO
StevenH
Right now I am having issues with my Chiltons manual. I need the firewall wiring diagram for my MJ, where the wires go to the fuseblock, and the Chiltons book doesn't have it. Not because of this, but I like Haynes a little better I think, they seem to be more specific than Chiltons. I remember the old Chiltons manuals, to replace something the instructions would almost be "Unbolt part, bolt part back on" instead of being specific about anything you had to do in the process. I actually like to keep them both handy for cases just like this, if one manual doesn't have information I need I just flip to the other one.
JeepcoMJ
89 comanche 4.0 auto 4wd diagnostic connectors, in case you need them firewal connector that's the firewall "bulkhead connector" view anything else? remember, this view is from looking at the connection side of the connector, so things will be flipped to the other side when looking at it from the inside of the cab, but if you've disconnected them and look at the connector side it's identical to that. -Pat

A-man930
I have both, but I wish I had a factory service manual. I hear they rock, but I've had no experience with one.

Here is a link to some FSMs. I downloaded the 1988 year, because thats what I have. I think you could use 1988 as well, because your 1990 will be a renix system. feerocknok
Everyone has an opinion, but they are really about the same. The only real difference that effects me is that different pictures are taken at different angles, so I buy both and refer to whatever one has better pictures for the project I'm working on. whowey
anyone know a place where you can order the factory service manual. I collected them off of GreedBay. But there is a place you can order them, they were about 90 bucks or so for the main manual, that didn't include the body, component, or electrical manual.
