I keep hearing dialog on talk radio and seeing articles about used car values.  This article picques.

I believe it and it’s about time humanity starts looking at the value of old cars. Plus no car manufacture can get some sort of chip for some module on the vehicle to make them work. Goes to show that there’s too much technology to make some wheels spin.

And you guys make fun of the guy who wants to use a carburetor and conventional distributor.

Yeah it’s pretty dumb. I went car shopping with a roommate not long ago, and all the 2-3 year old cars on dealer lots were barely marked down from new prices, and the condition most of them were in, looked like 20-year-old work trucks. frankly I’d be embarrassed to be showing cars like that for sale… but people are still buying them. Almost no used trucks at the city dealers either, one of the salesmen said they were all getting scooped as soon as they hit the lots, to be hauled south and resold in the States. It boggles the mind.
