Anybody ever contacted JustDashes?

I found this company on the net and watched a couple of videos of the work they do, and I thought they looked like a reputable and professional company to get a dash pad restored. I sent them a quote request a couple weeks ago and still not a word. Anybody here ever contacted them or know somebody who did? Trying to get a ballpark idea of the price for a dashpad restoration.

I did. I never got a response back from them. I tried having a couple friends go to their main store to ask but none were close.

Dang, that sucks! Looks like they do great work, but in my book, being professional starts with how you handle your customers. Doesn't fare well in their  case...

No their excuse was covid but of course being in commiefornia, who knows why they haven’t responded.

I've found that very few companies respond to request forms on their website, even very reputable companies.  You pretty much have to find a phone number and actually talk to someone to get the ball rolling sometimes.

I got a quote from them a while back to redo my dash. Around $1,200 plus shipping. Which added another $200 or so. They do good work but for that price it needs to be.

I had a friend that had his Cutlass dash redone there, yeah it looked excellent, and it was costly.

One of these days when California isnt so hectic and I can find a spare dash, I will take it to them to redo.
