Dzimm Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 I was searching through some pictures of XJs with body kits for another thread and happened upon this. Article here https://www.junkyardlife.com/2012/12/lol-cars-transformed-jeep-cherokee.html?m=1 Quite the XJ for sure. If you notice the front end, it has a street MJ grille and airdam, meaning that confirms the death of another one. Anyone ever seen this Jeep before? Also curious if anyone has seen a Street MJ kit modified to fit an XJ? Wonder what that would look like.
Gjeep Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 I forget the name of the mfg, but there was an aftermarket company that sold identical ground effects kits to the MJ. What you see in this pic, aside from the front air damn is self-induced.
Dzimm Posted April 1, 2020 Author Posted April 1, 2020 I was unaware of repop street MJ parts. Who was the manufacturer of the repops?

Dzimm Posted May 7, 2020 Author Posted May 7, 2020 Holy crap they still list the sideskirts on their website. $159. I may contact them to see if they still make them or make anything else for the MJ.

Dzimm Posted May 7, 2020 Author Posted May 7, 2020 Welp I got a response. Apparently the company shut down years ago and a guy bought them out. He said all inventory has been sold except some wheels so no parts are available. I asked if he happens to know where the molds ended up but I'm not hopeful.
