jdog
might be easier to see it if you drop the column to see the switch,
BoneheadJeeper
Ok so I removed the correct switch this time, I'm on b3 with 12v. Whats the next step...i got my ignition switch off with ease when I removed the lower dash, the only thing that doesnt look correct to me is g1 peg, it looks really dark/burnt, but all wires and plastic look fine. Ωhm
At the IGN SW connectors, jump C268_B3 to C267_I1. Measure for voltage at D1_2. 36 minutes ago, BoneheadJeeper said: the only thing that doesnt look correct to me is g1 peg, it looks really dark/burnt That one of three way the brake light finds ground (G1 is bulb check during crank). Ωhm
Using that jumper on the IGN SW connectors bypasses the switch. I think you got a faulty Ignition Switch.

BoneheadJeeper
Update: new ignition switch, same thing. But d1-5 is hot d1-2 has nothing.... I may or my not have been on d1-5 instead of d1-2 when I gave the last reading of 12v. But it stays hot, key off or on.
Ωhm
D1_5 is HOT at all times. Circuit GOOD. Should retest again. Re verify. 1 hour ago, Ωhm said: At the IGN SW connectors, jump C268_B3 to C267_I1. Measure for voltage at D1_2.
BoneheadJeeper
Ok re verified, d1-5 was hot. Nothing at d1-2. Anybody have any idea? Relays, or anything like that come into play on this?

Yes 1 hour ago, BoneheadJeeper said: If so i have key on, and nothing going to it or coming from the wire. As long as C267 and C268 are reconnected at the IGN SW. Ωhm
Disconnect C103. On the IGN SW side of the harness measure for voltage at C103_E, KEY ON (IGN SW connectors connected). Problem with C103 is C105 looks the same (6_pin). C103 will have YELLOW wire in cavity E.
