I've seen a bunch of simply seat covers that have heating elements in them and plug into the 12v outlet.  :dunno:  or are you thinking of putting them under the fabric?

Yea I was talking about in fabric.  I'm guessing a normal one would work though just wanted to know if anyone else has done it

If you end up going with heaters for under the fabric I can vouch for theses ones from Dorman.   I just put them in my LJ with Tiburon seats and they work great.   It was a pretty straight forward job and I imagine it would be the same for a bench seat.   I was able to peel back the fabric enough to install the heating pads.   It wasn't necessary to completely remove the covers.

I used this set off ebay:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/Car-Seat-Heater-Kit-Carbon-Fiber-Universal-Heated-Cushion-Warmer-2-level-5-level/253250702661?hash=item3af6eb0d45:m:mXIrGvHoOIac5B-1Oe9G0IA

I bought mine 4 years ago.  The listing has changed since then.  Mine uses a round button, has 2 heat levels, and has a pad for the seat base and seat back for two seats.  I put them in the aftermarket seats in my CJ-7 and they work really well.
