that's why my first choice was Jock's.  :D  Nothing is set in stone though.  I'm open to other ideas, plus we have to stay flexible because we don't know what the weather or the crowds will be.  :L:

a lot depends on how much food people are looking to need.  I'd be perfectly happy getting a giant pretzel and a beer at Jock's. :D   Is there enough on that menu for you and your wife?

We ate at the Boathouse last year.  Excellent food, but bring your wallet, and your spare wallet...lol.

I'd vote for something a bit more casual.

So......Jock Lindsays then?  Were cool with that.  What time?  We're not getting to Orlando until mid-afternoon, so I'm guessing we won't be able to get there until about 6-7:00.  Is that cool with everyone?

I was thinking on arriving around 5pm to see what's up at the restaurant.  I want to be early enough to reserve a great table or even change plans if necessary.

chances are good I'll have already been at Disney Springs a couple hours by that time.

Lime garage, Disney Springs.

that'll get you to parking.  :L:  from there you're going to Jock Lindsey's Hanger Bar.

Google will know what they are.  no need for addresses these days. :D

Anytime is good for me, I will probably get there by 6, can get there earlier if I need to since I am close, hope I4 cooperates, usually fine on the weekends but with all the construction one little fender bender or broken down vehicle just makes a mess of things. They call it the ultimate I4 project, agree with whoever said it first, the ultimate eye sore project.

We're wrapping things up here at the homestead.  We fly out @ 12:00 tomorrow, so that gets us to Orlando around 2-ish.  Figure a couple hours getting to the property, getting our luggage and getting set up in the room, were shooting for 6:00 to get there too.  See y'all tomorrow:beerchug:

Had a great time last night...great to finally meet you guys.:beerchug:

Pete, you mentioned a Spanish guitarist.  After we left the parking garage and were wandering around aimlessly looking for the cab stand,   I think we found him.  He was playing on one of the stages.  Incredible!  We ended up staying there for about a half hour watching/listening to him.

Off to Epcot in about an hour here, Food and Wine awaits:laugh:

Pete are you still around?   you're welcome to come by and see my Comanche  project.

I am still around, but I don't think I can find free time to do it this trip. :(  but I'll be back in november so maybe we can put together another PowWow. :D
