jeeppapa
Found it outside a supermarket in CA. I absolutely loved it. Just a tough looking truck. Not sure if it's a kit or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
jeeppapa
Mom's 85 still alive but I would think about selling her to get my hands on this. My daughter better be really be a good girl. Because I could make this could fit in her bedroom. As a matter of fact it would make a really nice garage. My mother in law you could have her for a decent spare. No returns on her. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ftpiercecracker1
Most likely to be a brute conversion.
jeeppapa
Most likely to be a brute conversion. Ya that's what I'm thinking. To see this thing in person was quit a thrill for an MJ guy. I'm kicking myself for not getting a closeup of the badging. That would have told the tail. jeeppapa
If the styling even gets close to this it's going to sell. The overseas sales will be huge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

87Warrior
When I was MJ shopping AEV was still selling Brute kits for the TJ. I was very close to pulling the trigger for one, but quickly understood it would not have been what I wanted. AEV answered many of my questions regarding the conversion and I ended up choosing a MJ. ...in hindsight, it probably would have cost less for me to turn my TJ into a Brute than to buy and build my MJ...and the Brute would have an exponentially better resale opportunity. I saw a '67ish Jeepster 1/2 cab soft top for sale in Auburn, WA yesterday but I was too ill to check on it. PCO6
There's a TJ/LJ half cab hard top plus other parts for sale north of where I live. I've seen some nice LJ pick up conversions but I don't think they come close to a Brute ... or an MJ of course! https://www.kijiji.ca/v-auto-body-parts/muskoka/jeep-lj-scrambler-1-2-top-gr8top-wrangler-1-2-doors/1295421198?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
