I think it's time for another Jeep..

I was planning on buying that Ford Escort that I posted about a month or so ago. But the guy has stopped messaging me back and my interest has went into something else... Jeeps! Go figure, right? A guy today on Facebook posted a very nice auto, 2×4 Comanche for sale. Waiting on a message back to figure out the price and actual condition. But upon finding interest in this Comanche I think I've decided if I buy ANOTHER vehicle then it needs to be something my family and I can utilize more than a little car. Preferably an automatic Comanche (I'm the only one in the fam that can drive a stick) but a Cherokee would be acceptable as I already have brand new tires I could slap on it and a lift kit. A Cherokee can pull a trailer and hold a lot in the cab if I lay the seats down. And a good thing about Cherokees and Comanches is I know how to fix pretty much anything that could go wrong on them. Hoping and praying for a Comanche. But looks like I will at least be joining the XJ club soon!

 

I'll keep ya'll posted on the Jeeps I'm looking at.

 

And if anyone has an auto Comanche ot Cherokee for under 1800 around upper Alabama then I am definitely interested!

I've been fighting the jeep addiction as well. A friend recently bought a lego kit of a CJ-5, and now I have been looking at CJ's as well.  Then I found this, and the urge to spend all of my money is strong lol

This the Comanche I'm looking at. I've seen it around town and it is CLEAN. I just wish the guy would message me back with a price because I'll even skip watching Captain America: Civil War tomorrow to go look at it. That Jeep bug is rough, eh? :D

Cherokee, not Comanche     Besides, many, many more Cherokee's out there than decent Comanche trucks.  Also look at a Grand Cherokee for a family car. It is more comfortable.

By "family" car I mean for my mother, siblings, and I to all be able to drive and haul stuff easily with haha. My brothers and I thrift a lot and would have gotten many pieces of furniture if I had only had a running truck at the time.

I'm jumping all over it trying to get to it before Sunday because someone could easily get to it begore I got off work. It's a 6 cylinder. Plans are a 2" Cherokee lift I have sitting around, possibly 31's after I wear out the set of 235's I have on my other Manche. Might get 4×4 swapped in before Winter if I feel like it. Oh and as soon as I get it I will be ordering Volvo injectors, premium plugs/wires, changing the oil filter nipple to take bigger filters, and adding a touch screen radio I got for 15$ :D

Guy selling the Jeep just messaged me. He said he can not sell the Jeep until he has the title put in his name (don't know the situation on that) so now I'm playing the waiting game till the title comes back. He said I was first in line for it when the title comes back, though.
