Minuit
I've had some bad experiences with aftermarket Jeep parts, and I know pretty much all of us have, and I'm not a fan of wasting money on parts that suck. Maybe we should have either a thread or a section dedicated to reviewing MJ-related parts? If such a thing came into existence I'd be happy to curate it (table of contents, etc.)

shelbyluvv
I like it. I would like a vendor review as well. There are big name vendors who sell junk.
AeroNautical
I'd have a few reviews to write right off the bat, I'm all for this idea!
Minuit
Alright I take it this is something that people want. Any suggestions on which section a thread like this would belong in?
AeroNautical
Maybe with its own section, with a hierarchy like this: Product Reviews> Suspension Components> Rough Country> User Reviews> Iron Rock Offroad> User Reviews> Lighting> JCWhitney> User Reviews> Rough Country> User Reviews> Tires/Wheels> BF Goodrich> User Reviews> Goodyear> User Reviews> Micky Thompson> User Reviews> As an example. With how many brands are out there, though, it may be hard to list them all.
Zebvance
Yea I have a few to share my self. Maybe state the product bought, review that then leave a spot for what vendor you got it from and you experience with them. Cause that makes a big difference to me. Who I'm buying from... johnj92131
The Pub section has a few of these reviews: "Team Cherokee Sucks" is one that comes to mind. Another thread that comes to mind is the recent one about problems with fitting an aftermarket rear bumper - that thread ended with a happy customer. Over the years, we have all seen the threads asking for advice/where do I get this type of questions. Lots of review type info there. Every time the B pillar light comes up, there is a good review for one particular supplier. My point is the reviews are out there if we search and ask for experience with this or that. Zebvance
But wouldn't it be a lot more convenient if it was in a sticky that everyone could refer to. The search option unfortunately doesn't always bring up we are looking for because it might be worded differently or, its there but after searching through the results for a while... Dom U
I think it would be a great idea, and maybee have it under the classified section?
ftpiercecracker1
Maybe with its own section, with a hierarchy like this: Product Reviews> Suspension Components> Rough Country> User Reviews> Iron Rock Offroad> User Reviews> Lighting> JCWhitney> User Reviews> Rough Country> User Reviews> Tires/Wheels> BF Goodrich> User Reviews> Goodyear> User Reviews> Micky Thompson> User Reviews> As an example. With how many brands are out there, though, it may be hard to list them all. This is a good start but as already stated, with the gazillion different suppliers/brands it would be impractical to try and incompass them all with their own individual section. I really like the idea of a dedicated product/supplier review page. Separate them into two distinct tabs and i think that would be adequate. Let the search function perform its task. To help make sure people can find what they are looking for have the poster put the product/supplier name in the title of his post, in plain English, and the word good or bad depending on the experience. That way it should be easy to find and the one looking for reviews will know right away if it was a positive or negative experience. Example: Supplier review tab Title: Summit racing, good I Ordered a set of propane cup holder warmers from summit on Monday and received them on Friday. One was missing from my shipment so called customer service. They were friendly and very apologetic. The sales rep shipped the missing unit free of charge same day
