Cool for sure but the question I would have is what Licence would you need, I always thought anything with more then one seat doesn't qualify as a Hobby type of craft...

It's an experimental aircraft with two seats so I think you would need an FAA Private Pilot license plus the Experimental Aircraft Authorization certificate.

Depending on how much it weighs, you could get it into the LSA Category, The aircraft itself would be registered as an experimental theres not actually an experimental "license" so to speak added to your actual Pilots License.
