Kitch is selling his MJ as he is venturing out on his next chapter of life. He's moving out and getting hitched. He bought this truck from a friend who bought it from me some years ago. It's been a number of years since I had seen it, but I stopped out to look at it today. Unfortunately, the midwest took a pretty firm grip onto this one, and it's too late. Kitch drove it for awhile, enjoyed it, then set out to lift it. The front arms were fabbed up for him by a neighbor who maybe shouldn't have. (Please no comments, keep them to yourselves) 1988 Jeep Comanche SporTruck 4.0L BA10/5 231 89K original miles D30/CH8.25 3.55 gears SOA rear, VERY temporary lift in front 8" coils IIRC, adjustable track bar Cab has been boatsided Rollbar welded in bed It is still a good runner from what Kitch said, but I didn't hear it run. He knows what it's destiny is, but would rather see it go to a Comanche Club guy who can put the parts to good use before sending it to the big boneyard in the sky. I told him I would toss it up here for him and see if we can find a good home for it. Asking price is $800, OBO... He is aware of what it is and what it isn't. Any offer will be considered. Any reasonable offer will not be turned down. The owner knows what it is and is not. He just wants to see it go to use before ending up where we know it is headed. I'm planning on swapping some cosmetic bits and maybe some suspension bits with my dd, so when I'm done the drivetrain and interior will be intact and the body will just have some uglier bits on it. After I get what I need from it I don't see why I couldn't figure something out with 89MetrictonJeep to get the engine/trans/wiring for his swap.
