I've seen a build or two on here with that clip. That's the Jeep 2500 front clip, the 2500 being a later Chinese-market XJ. I don't think they look too bad, but don't know that they match the rest of the truck so well.

Jeep 2500 conversion parts from China. There is another member on the forums with a similar truck, but is missing the matching front bumper.

ive seen that truck before. in fact have had a pic of it in my collection for a year or 2.  if it's even close to you or your price-range i'd snap it up in  a heartbeat.  beautiful !  ( i'd have to make allowance for the bushwackers though).

Is that XJpetes old MJ? I thought he ended up painting it that color.....

 

 

For those not in the know that is the Jeep2500 front clip(which is also on my MJ project), in jan of 2012 they updated the chinese cherokee again with a newer front end and a newer dash, as well as put in toyota running gear, check it out:

The 2500, both the jeep branded and the BAW branded has SFA, the updated s12 does have IFS......we are assuming is a toyota derivative based on the looks of the rear end and the other toyota clones they make.

Ever seen a dude with chinese of japanese characters tattooed on em? Same idea.

 

At least in japan you still see lots of english characters over controls like AC and such........
