hey, this may sound dumb, but do you guys know of any UCA and LCA that i could pull off another vehicle and use on the MJ, mines got about a 3-3.5 inch lift... I know this may sound dumb, but most people on here don't understand how little money i have, all the parts i am getting is either cause my friends owe me from bets, or me working 18 hours a day moving logs with my buddys dad... and can only do that about once every 2 weeks, and don't make a ton, so most stuff I'm having to junkyard... so please anything would help...

If you let the truck sit at ride height and pull the sway bar end links where does the sway bar sit in relation to where it's supposed to be?  From the pics it looks like the end links are trying to pull the sway bar back.  On a stock ride height vehicle the sway bar should sit on the lower end link bushings and is neither pushing nor pulling on the end link.  Either your axle is shifted back or the sway bar mounts or mounting points are out of whack.

If you change the caster (shims behind LCA brackets) you might be able to correct the misalignment.

the links are digging back because of the lift, so right now the sway bar is disconnected and i pulled it forward a bit, so where the links are straight up. Then i just used a bunjee cord to hold it up out of the way... not ideal but it works for now. so I'm just gonna get the relocation bracket and mount it up more towards the front and itll be fine. also i got shocks today but i found a lift package that is only 65 dollars more for 4 shocks, 2 coil springs, 2 add a leafs for the back, and an extender for the brake line. so I'm gonna take the shocks back and get a refund and then get the package, only 3 inch, and aint gotta worry about all the other stuff to fix. to all the people complaining before... HAPPY NOW!? haha jk, but yeah, found it last minute and its on sale and got a discount code, so sweet lol, I'm also going to pull-a-part tomorrow, and the flea market and see if i can get anything useful. so ill keep yall updated. also gonna take the shackles off the back of my truck when i get the package :) oh and also my mother is being really weird and is gonna buy me brand new BF goodrich all terrains in either 31's or 32's. will 32's fit good with a 3" lift?

AAL on rear is fairly easy. You will need new u-bolts (not optional, not junkyard part, must be new....$40). They untension when you unbolt them, and if yours are original you will probably need to cut them off.

AAL get's added to the second lowest spot in the pack, usually, though it will get added to the area it fits (above the one that's shorter than it, below the one that's longer than it).

They're fairly easy to install, and you only need to unbolt your axle ubolts and lower shock mounts, move the mounts out of the way. Don't bother taking the springs off as you can add them to the pack with the springs still mounted. You may have to cut the center bolt of the springs off to get it out as it will be pretty rusted on, and you may have to replace it...same ID (5/16" IIRC) full thread allen head grade 8 bolt with a 1/4" allen head works great to replace. You'll want one that's about 1/4" longer. the axle does have to get slid forward on the spring to do it so you can access the top bolt.

You could always pull the springs and do it on the ground, as well, but you will need to support the body by the frame rails and the axle with jack stands. don't use cinder blocks...I don't want to see you dead.

the AAL with a set of $40 chevy DROP shackles would work well.

i got a full kit on the way, springs for front, AAL for rear, all four shocks, break extension, and new u-bolts, I'm pretty sure the new center bolt for the leafs will come with it but if not they arnt expensive. and the whole kit was only 265$ all other 3" kits were over 340$ so I'm happy :)

yeah, thats what ended up happening, my buds finally stopped being a-holes and helped me out, we got it lifted, and found out i paid 265$ for a 4.5" now 3" hahaha, and the guy before me had already put an ext. brake line and diff control arms and everything except sway bar, haha, it was an actual 3" lift kit, but when we put it on, it lifted it 4.2 so we all laughed... now to get it alligned and new tires, hopefully soon, i aint gonna be riding it around without those... aint safe.
