I was going to have my old one repaired but was told $80.00 or a new 3 core for $240.00. I remember see a post on here for a new one on line but for the life of me I just can't find it. I did a search and went back a few months and nothing. Also if my funds allow I plan on replacing the water pump. Jaime Posted January 11, 2013 Author Share Posted January 11, 2013 That's it. The shop here in vegas wants $252 for a 2 row all metal. The radiator barn wants $276 for a 3 row all metal. I think I'll keep saving until I can afford a the three row to deal with the vegas heat. I know I said three row at fist but a closer look at the price they quoted was for a 2 row. Thank You! The two core performed best for me by quite a bit, especially in stop and go traffic in 90* + 'Bama heat. The three core was the worst. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HOrnbrod Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Three core radiators normally work okay with the stock water pump, but in my experience a quality all-alloy two core works just as well or better w/o the added expense. For a high-flow water pump like the Hesco I have on the stroker, the three core radiators impede coolant flow due to the smaller passages.
