After I changed my clutch master cylinder, I've had a rattle at the same rpm in every gear, around 3-3500rpm. I cannot for the life of me, find the rattle. It's loud, and only does it when in gear. Won't do it while parked.

Sounds like a f#*@ing woodpecker.

is the line off of the master cylinder vibrating on the body?

That's where I'd start.

How are your motor mounts? Sometimes coincidences happen.....

Split a piece of hose and wrap it around the line where it contacts the firewall/frame/etc. for a quick and easy fix. you could try bending the line to clear, but there's a chance you might put a kink in it or break it. If those are the original brake lines they're around 20 to 25 years old and could be easily broken.

I put a new hydraulic line in my truck a couple months ago and it was a tight fit, my motor mounts are shot and when I turn right when releasing the clutch it bounces off the firewall/ tranny tunnel. Drives me nuts!

Just get some "adel" clamps and some self tapping screws. Not sure how accessible it is to get a drill down there, but might be doable from underneath.
