Spray paint

Recommended Posts

Ever seen, umm, what's the show it's on speed channel. Hmm. Fawk. Somethin-or-other customs or something... Anyways, they do 'work' on vehicles, as in blingin' rims, audio/interior, and highly expensive and decorative bolt on parts.

But, they spary-paint the plastic interior peices. Using plastic spray paint. It @#$%s up sometimes, but normally looks decent. I'd be pretty pissed if I was paying some goons $100/hour (or more) to spraypaint some plastic though.

But, the short answer is you can and it can look decent. Don't go too wild on the colours.

Just as stated above use plastic paint for the plastic parts , the vinyl and fabric paint i got from auto zone . I don't have the name at the moment but I can post it later if you want.

To do your seats if I remember the label it would cover your seats but it may take more then you think to get a quality look.

The burgundy head liner I covered took 4 cans and you can still see a light reddish tint if you put direct light to it.

The dash is done and so far no problems with the cover I will post pics when it warms up . (no garage to work in at this time)

hope this helps

alright cool. i'd only be painting the panels...and recovering the headliner with some nice headliner material then some black covers over the seats until i get them recovered or whatnot. i'm probably gonna upgrade to a 98 interior anyways so maybe i won't who knows?
