Sir Sam
I started this project back in jan of 09, tonight for some reason I picked it up again. I decided tonight that keeping a website organized with all the different wheels would be the best way to go about this, and since it was an abandoned project I would finish something up and keep going with it to build content on my website. So, here should be a complete summary of the XJ wheels: http://colorado4wheel.com/jeepwheels/xjwheels.html I am requesting any additional photos you have taken of these same wheels. By providing those photos you give consent for them to be cropped and used on my website. Only 4 of the photos shown are owned by me and the rest are "borrowed" from other sites until I can get some that are freely published. I am planning to make a gallery page for each wheel with additional photos, photos of the variations etc. I will also be adding links to a photo of the specific variation, IE black inset, or grey Icon wheel. After that I move onto TJs and go from there. Please look over the already posted information for accuracy etc. Thanks all!
500 MJ
Use this one all you want...I took this shot a few weeks ago of my NOS one. Also, I've heard other names for some of the wheels you have posted up. Example - I've always referred to the wheel pictured above as a "Turbine," not a "10 Spoke." terrawombat
Icon On the Grizzly rim - they come in two colors - silver and gray. (Edit: But I'm not sure if they came in both colors for the XJ. My comment is only for the TJ).
Xacto
I bought these wheels a while back, listed as "limited wheels", they were gold repainted black. The only lace wheels on Cherokees seem to be these with a simpler lip and a larger and flatter lace section as shown on your XJ list: I like the wheels a lot, but I'm wondering if there is anything Jeep about them? And others have said Jeep referred to them as the 10 spokes in their brochures back in the late 80s. Thanks for the photo, I'm going to use it. Super clean wheel too! Black was one of the variations of that wheel, someone may have polished the lip themselves. I may use that as a picture of the black wheels. They originally came on black limiteds in a certain year range.

terrawombat
I can also take a shot of the Icon wheels that I have such that it's just a single rim with a concrete/blacktop background, much like many of the images on your web page.
Sir Sam
You're welcome. If you want a shot of it without the center cap, just let me know. Nah, I think its better with. I can also take a shot of the Icon wheels that I have such that it's just a single rim with a concrete/blacktop background, much like many of the images on your web page. Nah, the picture is pretty good already for identifying the wheel. Unless you can get a super clear, high rez, nice glamor shot that I can link to I would say its good enough. Ok until I get some more user contributed photos the Xj wheels are pretty filled out. The ones I need are noted on the side. I'm onto TJ wheels! terrawombat
To the best of my knowledge, the Silverstar was an option on 1998 Sahara models only. Edit: I take this back. It looks like your 2000-2002 may be correct. I was basing this off of the fact that two of my friends have Saraha TJ's with these rims and I thought they were '98 models. turns out one is a '00 and another is a '01. terrawombat
hornbrod, kind of surprised you don't have a set of these on your truck: From the same place you linked the black version from. They actually have a variety of Ravine styles there. Price isn't terrible, either... Naw, too gaudy. I do have limits. If I could find a really nice set of the old school 10-spoke turbine wheels and caps that's probably what I would have............ terrawombat
The gold ZJ Timberline wheels you have up on your page are from the WJ Limited's. The ZJ's have the additional little spokes as shown in your silver and green examples.

TJ Canyon wheels were also 15x8 w/5.5" BS.

Incommando
KJ wheel guide is up online: http://colorado4wheel.com/jeepwheels/kjwheels.html The KJ base rim that is posted had the flat center cap like in the pic below it in the list, not a generic one like posted. Near as I have been able to find out these dimpled bastiges were an '02 only thing and possibly only on the 2wd's I have had a set for a couple of years and they have been on both MJ's and the KJ at some point. Those came on 2002-2004 KJs in the base trims, I regularly see a KJ around town that has those wheels and no roof rails on it, i keep hoping one day i will get a chance to take a picture of its wheel. If you could get me a could picture to include in the guide I would appreciate it.
