I guess he had lent it out to a friend to move... They stopped at a gas station to fill up, and just happened to catch that little guy. Amazing eye too, because its a triple axle enclosed, and the bulge was on the inside. Also found it funny, I took all these pictures after my boss had pulled the valve stem... 8) The tire itself is flat, but the bubble was still rock hard. Can't say I wasn't a little afraid when I was moving it around for pictures. I was waiting for it to burst in my hands.
