SquirtxJeep
Holy Rustoleum Batman. I'm glad I live in the South. Although my MJ is missing a floor. I look forward to the progress pics. the underneath of the bed is solid. the cab however is a different story. there are two big rot holes. and you are lucky nothing but salt up here to wreck your truck. SquirtxJeep
got bored and started on the truck. it took almost no time at all to take apart. a lot easier then my ol' cherokee. driver's side of the truck. interior is out of the truck. took no time at all. i was wondering why the driver's seat would tip when you leaned on it. not good... not good... cleaned up the passanger side a bit. I'm goin out to buy some paint on liner and rustoleum to keep this from rusting again.
-600JeepMJ
Are you going to leave it black or paint it some other color?
SquirtxJeep
Are you going to leave it black or paint it some other color? I'm thinking about leaving it black. but if i was gonna paint it another color it would be like a burnt orange.
High2by
Are you gonna put carpet back in it? I have to fix my floor as well but I'm undecided on wether or not to put carpet back in.

Darren
I'll vote option 2 also. However, you're not allowed to go with a rim over 17" in diameter.
SquirtxJeep
well the smallest rim it comes in is 18"

Automan2164
Don't do it. I agree. Best looking wheels on an MJ are 15 or 16 inch black steelies. Rob L. :smart:

High2by
Don't do it. I agree. Plain black "D" window steelies look as good as anything.
SquirtxJeep
well i got a 2.5" lift and am planning on goin to 35" tires and i was told id get a good deal on the rims that's why i wanted them. ill still see if i can get them in a smaller size because i like them. if not ill probably look at cragar for some rims. Automan2164
Good deal on rims? Unless you know someone at the place, it won't be cheaper than some rubber on steelies. Second thought, if you do know someone at the wheel/tire place, meats on black steel will be even cheaper. Rob L.
Squeegy410
Yeah the black steelies look really slick, and the star in the middle of those rims makes it look like a hotwheels toy :dunno: the steelies look strictly business and just plain hard core. but in spite of myself, it is your jeep and your money
