The motor seems like a decent grab, I believe there are some differences in the ZJ motors, but pretty sure they can go in place of an XJ/MJ HO one. mopwrd340 Posted January 15, 2010 Author Share Posted January 15, 2010 no skids or hooks it came in with 4 donuts for tires hopefully i will be able to get the motor out of it when he gets tired of looking at it lol he bought it wrecked to put the t/c case in one and to put the motor in another .motor was for a 94 gc which i got to run after 2 years by grouding out the alarm system didnt use the t/c either ne needed a 231 and this was a 242 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HOrnbrod Posted January 15, 2010 Share Posted January 15, 2010 Grab the steering box. It has a quicker ratio (12.7:1) vs. the 14.1:1 MJ box. Bolt-in too. But since it's a 4.0 the sway bar and tie rod won't do you any good. :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
