Pete M Posted January 4, 2010 Posted January 4, 2010 "Renix" is the term commonly given to the 90 and older XJ/MJ fuel injection systems. in 91 Chrysler put in their own system, commonly called the HO, even though the power wasn't all that outrageously improved.

Yes, 87-92 would be easiest... as you wouldn't need the BFH and core support stuff, but don't turn down a deal on a good 86 because of that. :thumbsup: 86 is probably the most likely year to find one with a dead motor... those 2.8s were crap.
