Where am I...???

Sorry for my lack of participation lately, but my Internet connection is only up between about 1-2:00 p.m. until around 8:00 p.m.. The cable company has been working to figure it out for a weel or so now, but can't find the trouble. They have repalced every cable and piece of equipment in my house to no avail. :headpop:

Being that I have just started going to college online, this is a real hassle and I have to use most of my available time online for school. I know I have some requests for help on things in PM box so I will try to get those done here today before I run out of time again.

Was thinking about posting a thread asking if anyone had heard from ya...was hoping nothing "bad" happened... No internet, not great... but not "BAD"...

Thanks Wade.

I have popped in here and looked a few things over from time to time over the last few days, but I knew if I let myself get started posting that I would be here for way too long and jeopardize getting my school work done. ;)

Glad to have you still with us.

I'm pretty sure we've lost Chico, though.

I'm not lost at all. Just had a little too much to drink, passed out on a tan couch that wasn't ours. Got thrown in a shipping container, and spent the better part of winter trying to get out of the rural mountains of Mongolia with no money, flip flops on ma feet, and an extremely small understanding of japanese.

I don't see how any understanding of Japanese would help you out in Mongolia.

Damn it Sam. You see what happens, I'm gone 4 months and all of a sudden everyone forgets that everything that comes outta my mouth is hogwash. It's called a joke maaan....Anyway, of course everyone on the forum knows that people in Mongolia speak Russian and not Japanese :rotfl2:

By the way Brent, sorry to Hi-Jack the thread. It's great to see everyone again. I'm glad you're going to school and hope you and the wife are doing well.

But....WTF do you mean you're not going back to a dealership. Where the heck am I supposed to get parts for the truck.

AUTOZONE :wall: :rotfl2:

School is going good so far. I have turned in 4 assignments to this point and so far have received an A on all of them.

My internet is still nearly useless as it is only up for about 3-4 hours a day now between 2 & 6:00 p.m. :ack: ...AND, now the cable TV is on the same schedule, so no TV except between 2& 6:00 p.m. as well.

Chico...and anyone in need, I still have good connections at the dealership, so if anything is truly needed from there and I can get you a good enough deal, I'll be happy to  .

Well...back to school work...

OK...I think they found the problem. It appears that there was a bad cable underground and they had to replace it. Everything is working right now, but I will remain skeptical until it gets past 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and it's still going.

It's blazing fast right now though...
