89eliminator
I got another idea for that tire carrier.take your tailgate off and have the protofab guys put a bend in the verticle arm so the tire sits at a 45* angle, it would look sorta like that tire gate thing, but look better and be a lot more resonable priced. i was thinking the EXACT same thing!

james750
How do I get one? Their site doesn't show it! :dunno:
Drahcir495
gotta say that liscense isnt gona last off road though I can take it off any time I need to. It is held in like any other hitch - with a pin. I think I am going to turn it upside down, since the swing arm is not on it, and see if that helps. I think that is a great idea about the 45 degree position. james750 - I would give Mike a call. I will be emailing Mike about that, and my new LWB sliders :brows: . I will let you know what he says. He does make them - there are two CC members that have them now.
BLHTAZ
I would just get one of the tag mounts that go in the center of the spare so you don't have to use your hitch mount for it at all. Oh...and no Rich...I have never heard of Alert Bumper that I can recall.

I will have the swing arm off the bumper 98% of the time, so I am forced to find another location.

jpnjim
I wish they would update thier sit with this, and prices X2. Anyone ever call & get a price/availability? I'm guessing (without the tire carrier) it would be in the upper $300, to $400 range based on their XJ bumper prices. I really like the shape & design.
Drahcir495
I got the pricing on the rear bumper for you. The ProtoFab RockSolid MJ bumper is 360.00, and with the swing-out tire rack it's 633.00. - Rich
