Jeepcom23
Well, this is my first truck, and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. But I really want to convert it to 4WD and lift it. But thats kind of expensive so right now this will have to work. Anyways on to the pics. and when I first got it.

Jeepcom23
Thanks again for the comments guys. Anyone got a lift kit for sale?
mvusse
Blow by is common, but the oil leaking out of the valve cover gasket and out of the breather onto the air filter is usually caused by a clogged CCV orifice. Simple fix, only cost is a valve cover gasket, some good solvent (like gasoline) and some time.
500 MJ
Looks GREAT! - Keep it that way!
Jeepcom23
Well, oil, and smoke comes out of the First PCV valve on my valve cover and into my air filter. I took of my valve cover and cleaned the things inside of it and it still does it. Any ideas.
mvusse
The back grommet should have a 2.6mm hole on the inside. That's about 1/8" diameter. It often gets clogged, and is almost always the cause of oil on the air filter. If yours is open (and you can blow air through it), then maybe there's a problem with the vacuum line hooked up to it? And your Jeep looks great. I myself like 4wd better, but with your tires, 2wd looks good. Has it been lowered any? It seems to sit a little lower to the ground than I'm used to seeing, especially in the front.
Jeepcom23
OKay, ill give that a shot. and nope its stock height. And I agree with 2WD, I'm going to the JY tomorrow to see if i can get a transfer case, and front axle to convert it.
mvusse
You will need a transmission as well. The 2wd transmission will not bolt up to a transfer case. And don't forget front driveshaft.
