BLHTAZ
Nothing around here. We haven't seen winds over about 25 MPH yet. Not a lot of rain either.

HOrnbrod
Definitely "IDIOT OF THE MONTH AWARD" material. What was the fool doing kite surfing in a near hurricane?

One write-up said he had a emergency release, but didnt know why he didnt pull it.. It would have been one wild arse ride,, until you smacked into the side of a 1000 tons of concrete.... BLHTAZ
 MAN...today has been the worst day yet. We have been getting winds at 25-30 MPH with gusts going to 45. We have seen near 8" of rain fall in just the last 12-18 hours. It knocked our power out at work for a short time today and they actujally closed us down 1.5 hours early. JT... The bed has a bunch of leaves & sticks in it right now, but it has not moved ;) .

mjdoa
Just jokin',luv ya man. :D But serious to Brent. These storms can be severely ugly sometimes, and Fay just don't seem to wanna quit. Always good to have a place to go if things get outta hand, and you guys all seem like family to me. Besides, how often do you get to visit the little hole in the A. :jump:
BLHTAZ
Thanks for the thoughts and offer. We are doing fine here, but it's great to have friends to go to if needed. They are saying the "Fay" is likely to be a retired name. They have never retired a Tropical Storm name before...only highly destructive hurricanes. mjdoa
My boss was in Orlando Thurs at school, apparently not too nice your way. He said a couple guys from the coast were staying cause they couldn't get home. Are you working today? Offer good for any hurricane.
