Pete M
The can says: ZT-20-80-1G Desert Camo I believe it's Zolatone-20 and I think I only used the fleck coat. Th info is kinda vague and confusing. :hmm:
jtdesigns
Thanks I just sent them a email. Another question if you would,, whats the reflective properties of this paint?? Any gloss at all or is it really flat? I'd rather it be really flat I think. Oh, and something else.. The multicolored flakes,,, did you have to mix, or sprinkle it in like those epoxy floor kits? Pete M
The flecks are already in the paint. And it's a pretty dull finish.
renOnv
excuse my ignorance. are those moon-roof windows on the top? i havent seen those, did you put them in yourself, or were those stock options? either way, if those are mini moonroofs, did you paint over them?
Pete M
Don't worry, I taped them off first. :D I had a shop install those about 10 years ago. Back when the truck was a 2wd daily driver. I believe they were called "mini van vents", as in a smaller version of the "van vents", not vetns made especially for minivans (although I guess you could put them in a minivan if you wanted :dunno: ). Mark Serva
Wow, that's an amazing coating on that Comanch. Nice to not have to worry about scratching and such. Thanks for posting your build, etc. Happy motoring, Mark
