The chain auto parts stores a no different than a walmart.....if you can be taught to operate their computer system theyll hire you. Doesnt matter if you have any knowledge of the products your selling or not....

Put a few miles on the truck this weekend. I have a few minor plans for this truck when it goes into the garage for the winter, ill keep yall updated. Its been a blast all summer with this truck and with "show" season over I can only wait till next spring! :cheers:

Decided to throw on the skid plate this evening. Definently looks alot nicer than the stock unit and should provide the protection the ole' 231 needs :thumbsup: Gotta represent the decal 8) Sadly I'm not making it up to Rausch this month but when the time comes Itll be ready. Winter is on its way here in PA so I'm gearing up for hopefully an overload of Snow and some awesome MJ adventures :cheers:

Theres a small clear box up under the dash, it looks like its full of small gears, Unplug that and the light will go away. :thumbsup:

Well its been a couple weeks but after some confusion I have my new Transfer Case skidplate! Ill probably get it installed this weekend, Happy to have something new to bolt on for my next Offroad excursion :yes:

Have you bled the cooling system at all?

If its from an 87-90 XJ or MJ it should be a direct swap :thumbsup:

Go take a peak at it.....unless its just full of noticable issues than its really hard to not go for it for $700. imo

95+ XJs and all WJs are what are swapped the most.

Also could be chewed up Spider gears....alot less of a hassle to fix.

Hmmmm I'm sure that would probably work but for the money and effort i have in this particular truck the peace of mind knowing its under a good cover wouldnt bother me at all.

A grind into 3rd is a common symptom with the AX15. Not nessisarly related at all to your experience.
