Has anybody been to The Flats? Its August 25th I think. I have never been and I got invited by 4WheelerParts. I seen vids on Youtube and I know I can't make it over the rocks they have.

Ak's are the best gun ever made!!! Just keep the front grip wood or if you swap it for a rail, 4arm grip the front! My barrel gets extremely hot after 80 rounds with no 4arm grip.

WTB:::::::::AC Reservoir box & window regulator NC
Paul Bruchal replied to Paul Bruchal's topic in Wanted
You must mean the AC/Heat HVAC controls in the dash? If it's in the windshield defrost mode you probably just have a vacuum leak. The defrost mode is the default when you lose vacuum. Thanks ill tell him that. the box is missing :thwak: so its not a vacuum leak -

What is an AC Reservoir box? I don't know but thats what the guy called it at his garage. Its the box that directs the air to different parts of the cabin. right now we only have it blowing at the windshield "defrost" -
I need a AC Reservoir box and a Window Regulator for a 1988 Pioneer. I live in Lincolnton NC

How did you level out the front when you had your SOA sitting really high? Spacers? Bigger coils? or you didnt have the lift in yet? -

Auto Trans swap help.
Paul Bruchal replied to Paul Bruchal's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Thats my 2nd reason why I want auto. Crawling! I can fit 33" tires right now with no lift lol. And I have a 6" lift, itching to get installed. I want to end up with dana 44 or something that can handle 37" maybe 40"? -

Auto Trans swap help.
Paul Bruchal replied to Paul Bruchal's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
My clutch is like driving with a stage 2 or 3 clutch. Its on or off so you can't slip it into 1st. If you try to do that, its shakes alittle not alot. Its really ez to spin tires with this clutch. I'm expecting this to be over $1500 swap. I'm willing to buy everything new. I have a garage available for my use with everything except for a lift. But getting a lift soon. I just need a list because I don't know anything behind auto trans. I have owned 3 vehicles so far and they are all manual. I have 7 vehicles in my driveway right now and none of then are auto. I guess my family is racist against auto trans lol. -
I have owned my 5 speed Jeep MJ for over a year know and I still can't get use to the clutch in 1st gear. I stalled out so many times today in a 3 mile line on a hill trying not to roll back on to the car behind me. And I think I need a new clutch also.. I am just getting tired of this. I can drive any other manual transmission except this one... So my question is... Can somebody "make me a parts list" to do a complete Auto Trans Swap? My jeep is the 1990 Eliminator 4x4 with the dana 35. And just another curious question... If I did the 4BT swap, could I use the stock Auto Jeep Transmission with the 4BT engine? Thx.

I brought it to Import Alliance @ Zmax 4 Lane Dragstrip..... Just about 3000 cars.. every import car you can think of Hondas Supras Evos Skylines ETC and my Jeep=] Nobody hated on it and got like 3 complements I think lol. I can't wait to get another 4 cyl DD.

Newer style Valve cover question
Paul Bruchal replied to Paul Bruchal's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I have the hose fittings for the newer style already. They ddint fit the old style cover. Thanks for the advice -
Can I just swap my 1990 valve cover for a newer style one? I'm guessing 97'+??? Is the clearance the same? and bolt patters? Id like to do this in the future, not any time soon.

1986 MJ 2.5L 4x4 | "Heavy Four"
Paul Bruchal replied to 87Warrior's topic in Member Projects: Your Comanches
where did you buy the lights and HIDs from? I been looking but couldnt find anything good enough. -
Jeep and Dodge is the only American Brand I would buy. I hate Chevy, Ford, etc. If I had to chose Between the Ranger and the S10..I would go with the S10 "ZR2"?, because my friend has one and it is a beast!

3 wheel motion! I took my 2nd Comanche offroad today for the first time! I owned it for over a year sofar and I'm surprised it took so long lol. I was called to help out a friend that was stuck in a creek. He as a Military K5 Blazer. My Eliminator pulled him out EZ. I love having LSD with stock suspension and 27" tires, taking this trail with my first MJ was a challenge with 3" lift 31" tires.

Rear tires rubbing in the back..?
Paul Bruchal replied to 87Chief's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Yes Pete is right, Spacers will fix that. I was just wondering, what size tires and what size lift do you have? if you have a lift.
