ok i got the steering situation solved for my MJ(s10 frame and yota steering gear and linkage swappped to the pass side). now my question is, do they sell a factory RHD dash? maybe for the mail XJs? i see 3 or 4 riding around here but i duon if there the ghetto RHD(chain and gears) or true RHD w/ dash n all. fyi steering coulmn bracket will fit perfectly once the spot welds have ben drilled out and re welded to the passenger side ;)

i have chrome 88 xj mirrors on my 87, bolted right up.

pry em off the same wayu did the front, it won't hurt the drums.

lol all the fiberglass hoods ive put on you have to make fit, ie gaps etc, all the steel hoods ive put on fit flawlessly. and the standing/dancing/screwing is y MJs havea bed ;D

yea those rocks at the u pull it are HOT, plus if it gets oil or whatever on it, you cna just leave it there lol

yea hte pullapart here torches are a no no. depending on what ur pulling is what tools i would take. i wouldscour the yard first online (if they have that option) and in person and see what they have. i always take a big socket set, breaker bar, cutters, a few screw drivers(mainly phillips flat and a small pocket one for those iddy biddy parts), pocket knife,torx socekts, cordless 3/8 impact( i love that thing),allen wrences, swivels and extensions area BIG plus,big @$$ hammer. also i abig piece of cardboard is waaaaay better than layin on rocks and dirt. a buddie also helps to, I'm sure u can fit him in the cart:D also don't forget bandaids and a big water bottle and hand sanitzer!

i have a auto dark hood from snap on and i hate it. welding on the table is good as hell, but on the truck its a diff story w/ shadows.

yea when i went to take the bed off of mine, it took me a while to just find all the dam bolts!

white does hit small dings easily BUT it stains just as easy. i hate white cars. any light color will hide dings/dents. i wouldnt cut springs, ill go dig out some ranger coils and set them beside my stock mj springs and take a pic for comparisoin if ya want.

i know ranger coils are shorter(i would get some 2wd 4.0 ext cab springs, and mite have to trim the bumps stops down) and are the same diamater, cuz ranger guys use jeep springs for a lift:D. as for the rear, you could just add a drop block if its a spring under(havnt looked at my stock mj rearend in a while) also grant customs in california will make you an all steel roll pan. bob n matt are great guys, hes gona be building me a 1off front bumper roll pan and tail light fillers for my MJ. www.grantkustoms.com

i plan on getting the glass company we use at work to get me one cut. now are the seals the same for the slider and solid?

there all crap. the fenders are as thin as a coke can.

did they make one or am i gona have have one cut? the slider in my mj is broke(center glass)and i am just curious if it was an option.

i would get new ones. if its rusty it gets cut(my law anyways lol) it never hurts to spend the couple extra bux on sumthing that could fail later on down the road. also if they are that rusty, it wouldnt be un common if you snap one or to from trying to back the nuts off.

BFG mud or all terrains. i have the 31x10.50s ATs on my 4x4 ranger and i have gotten almost 30k out of them and still have atleast 10K left on em.

bah i don't care :) I'm goin back to get the fenders cuz there in mint shape. there are about 15 XJs at the pull a part i went to, didnt see any comanches tho. i got the woodgrain top part of the door panel also :). i think i mite also get the power windows and working vent glass out of it, or hell even the whole door! :D

if yours is a short bed, ill measure mine tomm if no one else replys tonite.
