I emailed Chrysler for the build specs, just go to chrysler.com and email them from there asking for your factory build page. they are really nice and get it to you within a few days. However if your truck is to old they may not have it any more :( And the tool box i got that at auto zone for $100 new :D I had to put to things of lumber under mine and bolt it into the side of the bed. It took a bit of work but for a $100 new i didnt mind. If you need some help with putting it in i can upload some pic's of what i had to do. Brandon

why is that? :dunno: Brandon Because the VIN that is on the dash that he's putting in is not the VIN to his truck. Which is bad why? Brandon I am replacing the whole dash not just the instrument cluster. The vin number is the serial number for the truck, each vehicle is different. It is illegal to put a different vin on your truck. I could steal your truck and put the vin plate from a junk truck I bought on yours and register it. It would not show up as stolen. Then I could sell your truck to someone else. There are other places on the truck where it is stamped but they usaully don't look there when registering a vehicle. oh ok well now i know. I was thinking that if you have all ove the other vins on the truck it would not be illegal because you replaced the dash. but now i understand, Thank you Brandon

Yes i think its 20k + but i can look tomarrow. I think but am not 100% sure that i understand the amount of pressure that recovery puts on things like hooks, so as far as i know they will be fine with the right type of bracket but if i am wrong just let me know. thanks Brandon

Unfortunately, due to the age of the vehicle, the build sheet information you are seeking is no longer available for this vehicle. General information maybe available via the internet. The information you are referring to by the radiator is probably the Body Code Plate, which includes the vehicle identification number. Thanks again for your email. Well thats a very long story on my truck and how i fixed yhings like the air filter. You see the last owners before me never did any thing to this truck ie fix any thing. I mean that, when i got it the guy said the rear main seal was shot ( it was not) and it had been that way for 5+ years just put a new qurt or oil in her every mounth. So how the air filter got gummed up :dunno: what i do know is that whn i got the truck oil was every where under the hood even tho the guy cleaned the hell out of it b4 i could come and see it. And there was oil on the air box. All i know is that i replaced it twice now( once when i 1st got the truck and the 2nd time when i sunk it :ack: ) amd ever since then i yave not had much of an oil leak or air filter getting gummed up. Its 22 years old what do you want from it? Is what my dad allways tells me. I'm sorry that came out a lot longer then i wanted to come out i got very long wended, hope that i was a help. Brandon

So to day my "friend" said hey give me the sub and box and ill make it fit into your MJ. ok so a few hr's latter he tells me its done i come over to see it and he @#$%ed the entire box up :( yeah thanks alot for that so now i gotta either try and fix his @#$% up or make my own box :mad: all i want is a lit bit more bass in the songs, thats not asking for much is it? oh and then he said he "felt bad" and offered me his JL sub woofer and box for mine and i was like no. so now i have even more work ahead of me. thats ok Brandon

The "Jeep" Logo with a capital "J" is a trademark. I knew that was going to happen well before you tried buying it. Use a lower case "j" and its no longer a trademark. yep thats the street truck i think. there was a #57 maybe, that some body had up for sale, sold it then they flipped it for almost twice what they paid for it :rotf: i don't like the look but good for one of them car show trucks Brandon

Yes, I live within range, but do not own a digital converter or television antenna. that sucks :( i really wish the gov. didnt do the analog to digital convert. it makes getting "free" tv so very hard Brandon

god i hate the look of the new jeep pick up. i do not believe that the new jeep pick up will last very long because i don't think it will be very good at being a "truck". Brandon
