I've had them since I had my first cell phone at 12?. There techs always try to bs you when it comes to problems they don't have a clue how to fix. Them getting rid of the unlimited sucked because that was a month before I got a "real" plan from prepay. Trying to get used to 2gigs a month on an iPhone sucks then I learned that people like my brother still have what they call "unlimited" data get throttled after using 5 or so gigs, wtf? Then when it comes to what your dealing with I went though that just last month. They were updating my areas coverage do you call this 3G speeds?!? So I know what you mean there but don't thing about switching the only other ok cell company to use would be sprint and there coverag sucks. I hope every thing improves tho good luck Brandon
