  1. So I have a 92 parts cherokee with ac and my renix comanche doesn't have any ac and I am wondering if it is all plug and play or I need to do some slide modification to make it fit or if it's to far out to add this. What all do I need?

  4. how much can I swap all the ac stuff over is it one to one. I also need to update from r12 right?

  6. bled the clutch and it works wayy better now. not perfect but better
  7. Got the boxes sqaured and leveled. Got them bolted down so they don't go anywhere. We got all of the fence up except for the 15' gate which is all welded up by yours truly. we need to pick up some angle iron for the v groove wheels. We also got the big pad poured ad 2 landings for doors. and a little chunk for the 15' gate to roll on. The gates are super beefy I like the pins my dad designed and I got some good welding practice in. The sheeting is weathering super well and is looking great. We are going to start getting the steel built. The big pad we where going to strike a wet line in for the control joints and they would look like the sidewalk ones and so I said that would suck to use a creeper or a floor jack on can we saw cut them? and so we did and in a week or two we can fill those up with some caulk once the pad has cracked. We are also debating polishing the slab. I think it would be nice. we also got the backyard looking a little less redneck and cleaned up which is super nice

I bled it again just barely and while I haven't taken it out yet with it running in the garage I can now get it in every gear and no crunchy reverse Thank you guys for your opinions on DIY trans rebuilds and I think I am going at least try to rebuild taking my time with lots of pictures of what is looked like before to help. I am going to see just how many new parts I need once I pull the trans.

  12. So new parts for this trans is new flywheel because it is going in my 87 and a new internal slave and new clutch and pressure plate and a rebuild kit. Any recommendations on brands I was just going to get whatever for the first things of rock auto. Suggestions for rebuild kit?

  14. Well it only stops getting into gear when at idle but drivng it shifts just fine. I bled the clutch and it didn't do anything. 92 btw

  16. that would make sense for 245,000 miles. Any temporary solution? until I get it into my truck with a new slave and clutch?
  17. So I bought a parts cherokee with an ax15 in it that will eventually go into my truck with a little clutch work and a rebuild. But my mom is teaching me manual in it and there are 2 issues. at a stop it doesnt want to go into first or any gear for that matterunless we turn it off put it in gear and then start it with the clutch in. Driving normally around it works just fine so that leads me to believe it's an idle issue. And there is a crunch into reverse that is pretty gnarly. it works though

  19. yes I need that column because I have a column shift right now I will just hit it with some spray paint. also the nice thing about swapping the HO stuff in is it already has a manual computer in it and the ac and I can see a lot of advantages going to HO.
  20. that's probably smart I have been debating swaping everything to ho Idk how difficult that is I hope it's not to bad. I really do need to get the shop done before I can really start working. oh did I mention I only snagged it for $1000 anyone know what a good price would be for seats, interior plastics and carpet?
  21. oh yeah thats a good point oh poop its in ok condition 245,000 miles it goes into all gears well a little crunch into reverse and first sometimes didnt want to go in
