Finally got use to the new clutch. I removed the 4 cheapo horns the PO had crammed in behind the front bumper. She gotta a nice new super loud compact twin air horn from Viking.

The struggle is real! I've had experienced technicians argue with me about the correct way to wire a load. [emoji849] One time I had a boss that refused to let me install a relay. He was a tech before he was an administrator. He swore that he installed a relay that hung up. The relay burnt up, and the car burnt down. He didn't believe that a relay needed to be fused, only the output to the load. I had to hide relays after that.

Nice setup. I used those for my reverse lights, and side markers.

Oh, I can definitely smoke a tire in 1st,2nd, and chirp 3rd. I'm having trouble just normal driving!

Finally done with the clutch, and shifter rebuild, ect...... I thought my truck had some pep before, but now it's crazy. I have a hard time not letting my right rear tire chirp every time I start off. Now I need to find a D35 LSD on the cheap!

New clutch installed, transmission is back in. Needs the CPS installed & slave bled out. Still gotta put a shifter seat seal, and new tail shaft seal in it. I found rust!!![emoji26][emoji26] Front corners of both floors, right at the fender\firewall. Only about the size of a half dollar right now.

Installed new oil pan & gasket, put bolt in intermediate shaft, replaced sway bar bushings.

Whoa! That comes up as a Like slave kit for $90

Can't find the dust boot listed anywhere. I guess I'll be making one.

So.... oil pan off, no gasket-only RTV, 2 broken bolts with the heads RTV to look right, and as I'm looking up from my creeper..... What do I see? No bolt in the intermediate shaft at the steering gear![emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959]

So my leaking internal slave cylinder turned into a leaking slave, leaking rear main, and leaking oil pan gasket. Decided to order a new pan since this one has been repaired. The PO had left out the shifter gasket, and the shifter boot was about 1\2 gone.[emoji2959][emoji2959] Is there a plug to go in the hole where the hydraulic clutch lines pass through the bell housing?

New inner the rod end, and a set of new 97+ XJ side mirrors. Just gotta short out a switch to operate them.

Installed my keyless entry system, and the driver's door actuator today. Jeep made the grommet in the driver's kick panel solid rubber, and nearly 3\4in thick.

Before I retired I would see that stuff all the time. I was a government fleet tech. I had to trailer a fire ladder one early morning. They shattered all 4 rear brake rotors. Like glass! 93,000# truck on a 35ton trailer. Officer comes in after a high speed chase, and request we check tires, brakes, and it's been making a funny noise for about 1500mi. I barely get the car on the lift, and I hear what sounds like a shotgun come from the rear axle. "Um.... Ya think you could manage getting noises checked out a little sooner, so you don't die!"

Today she got a new rear bumper, all 4 shocks, bump stops, complete front brake job, and I put the first layer of fiberglass on the headliner board. Think the brake rotor was bad?
