  1. Check engine light. Test & replaced MAP sensor. Check engine light back on. Cursed code #41 [emoji53]
  2. I made something like that for my buddy several years ago. He has a full size GMC van from the local power company's surplus auction. It's 4x4 on 32's, and he turned it into an overland. I took 2 duck canvas tarps, and attached them using a heavy zipper. The 8'x12' attached to the roof rack with thumb screws, had an aluminum bar attached, and rolled up to store in a PVC pipe on the roof rack. The 2nd tarp attached coming out, and 2\3 the length. It created a small sort of privacy wall on the side with the sliding door. Pipe from Lowe's, tarps from Northern Tool, zipper from local marine upholstery shop.
  3. I got my AC working a while back. Last week I hop in, flip it over to AC, and sweat my @$$ off. I put 1 can of R134a in the system, and she's I've cold again. Yesterday, bam I'm sweating again. I put 1 can of R134a + Die in it, and it's ice cold. Crazy party of this is that it will be ice cold. Ya drive it again the next day, and it's low enough that it won't cool. No visible leaking, and all new parts (except the evaporator). Guess I need to get batteries for my sniffer, and UV light. [emoji849][emoji389][emoji389][emoji3525]
  4. Fairly common to see that in a YJ\TJ. Junk yard locker swap.
  5. I found my passenger door is saggy. With some investigating,I found that the inner door is not connected to the outer skin very well. It likely had a for skin replaced at some point, and the body shop didn't take the time to weld enough spots to keep the door ridgid. [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]
  6. I need to do that, and make some repairs while the rest holes are only 1in.
  7. Dam that! I want the flashy lights in mine! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji6][emoji6]
  8. Don't know, but I'm dam sure ready to place an order! [emoji16]
  9. Much better product here! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16][emoji16][emoji16] http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=8&products_id=21&zenid=DBjD4xh7RKXwOMsA7ja1E0
  10. Yeah, what's up with the head rests? My 92 didn't have any.
  11. New headliner & visor fabric.
  12. I use to love turning wrenches. That changed after 25yrs as a mechanic.[emoji373][emoji374][emoji853]
  13. You sound like me! My tail rig is an 03 Rubicon. I've got about $1k in parts sitting in my shop just need to be installed, and there's a few spherical joints that need rebuilding. Only been that way about a year! [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
  14. [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787] I've been hearing that for a long time! It couldn't be more true.
  15. So confusing........ Is shag carpet specifically for sex? Why is Wednesday hump day when everyone gets laid on Friday\Saturday? [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]
  16. Put the last coat of fiberglass on my headliner board. I'll give it a few days, and start putting upholstery on it. Now I am debating to try and paint the interior trim, or to cover it with fabric.
  17. I've been modifying stuff to work for me since way back! [emoji6] I'm no stranger to custom work, I've just gotten lazy since I changed careers.
  18. Auto correct got me! It's Stylintrucks.com
  19. Still in, or Street Scene still make bumpers, roll pans, and side skirt\ground effects for a Comanche. [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]I got an Eliminator, so........ [emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389]
  20. Can the rollers be replaced individually? I might could find a harder plastic to cut a set out for ya.
  21. [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]I feel the same way, except I'm broke because the wife, and 3 kids all like Jeeps![emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389]
  22. Yep, I've been using them for a long time. They were full retard expensive in the 90s. I imagine they have improved since then. The low temp solder use to corrode easily.
  23. They might have come from Archer Brothers, but I'm pretty confident they are Street FX brand. None of it available anymore. I designed a custom grille at work. It will be cut from 1\8"aluminum. [emoji16] Running a CNC router has perks!
  24. Searching for a spring! I rebuilt my park brake a while back, but still can't use it. The retaining spring for the pawl won't hold it tight. It will release randomly. I can't find a spring small enough, and with enough tension to hold the park brake pawl. [emoji849][emoji849][emoji849][emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959]
