well my puke junk trans went out on my MJ reverse is gone. the rest works fine. i am looking for a replacement non fuked up pukegoat trans or a ax-15 as for the ax-15 i will need the bell housing slave cyl and the t-case to go with it. seeiing how people on here say i cannot use my t-case call/text 814-341-9056 i am located in blairsville PA 15716 i have cash in hand this sucks not having reverse. i will meet someone or drive to get it pleas keep it close to me. thanks for looking

check your bushings on your LCA and UCA and i installed a steering stablizer on my xj and the long bolt came loose i tightened it up and it went away

i second that shade tree mechanic was bad @$$ it was hands on teaching and learning and great for first timers. i watched that everytime it was on. stacy david wasnt bad on trucks nither he went the extra mile to show viewers how to do things

my slave cyl is internal and the ax-15 trans is from a 1995 wrangler

my peugout trans is ghey,junk and reverse is out of it i found a ax-15 trans for 250.00 with 90k on it the kid says my t-case will bolt up to it just fine and work. what all is needed for a ax-15 conversion in my 1989 jeep comanche 4.0L please reply because a local shop is installing this for 250.00 and I'm lazy and do not want to get into this project at this time. i need a list of everything I'm going to need for this. so far i can get the trans and throw out bearing and slave cyl will my clutch and flywheel setup work? please reply thank you

no primer just scuffed and paint

i went to wal mart and got Italian olive in satin 1 gal 9.99 and a foam roller there yellow 4.00 for a 2 pack 2" masking tape and couple hours and some beer and its done. i scuffed it with a 3M red scotch brite pad

jump the fuel pump with speaker wire to see if its working if it does when you jump it. check the ceramic thing on your driver fender well when they crack your fuel pump don't work. its a resistor i had problmes with my 89 xj 4.0l doing that no fuel pressure and the fuel pump relay would overheat and kick off so i jumped the wires and ran speaker wire tot he pump and to the key switch and it never gave me a problem again

tanke a can of brake cleaner and spray off your cps then get it running and spray it it will get all of the oil off of the flywheel and cause it to run normal again. my 89 xj did that my RMS was leaking and throwing oil up on the pickups on the flywheel causing hard start.

i found a ax-15 trans 5-spd transfer case and clutch/pressure plate /flywheel for 350.00
