your cps and flywheel is dirty go get a can of brake cleaner and spray it on the cps from the engine bay it will get the cleaner on the flywheel and wash off the contacts when it starts let it idle and keep spraying it down there aso it washes off the flywheel contacts my 89 xj did that and i freaked until i read about the cps being dirty, a quick spray off and bam. its good as new i just cleaned my comanche too when i got it just incase o f it being dirty and not wanting to start -

advance auto parts has the 0-ring kits 7.99 for them but i found out that Dorman makes a universal 0-ring kit they have fat blue o-rings in them and they seal tighter use Vaseline to lube them when installing and they won't rip. -

ok as we all know my tranny is crap. "ba-10" i found a ba-10 for a direct replacement, but i found a ax-15 today with the t-case ok my questions are ... will my clutch/flywheel and pressure plate from my BA-10 work with the AX-15 will i have any drive line issues like drive shaft not fitting or front flange not bolting up? the ax-15 i found is from a tj wrangler with low miles. its in the junkyard works 100% and the other a member has from a 94 cherokee are all ax-15's the same? are the ba-10 and ax-15 clutches interchangeable? please reply and my last question whats up with the pilot bearing i hear about does anyone have a part number? or a model they came on i hear there larger inside hole for the ax-15 and both ax-15's i found have external slave cylinder will my clutch line bolt to it?

like i always say...after a can of brake cleaner, it will start every day... take a can of brake cleaner and spray the cps sensor while still attached to the trans there is a thin space there and the cleaner will get on the flywheel and clean off the pick up magnets to, after a good blast for 20 seconds and u get it started and keep spraying it. even crawl under the truck and spray it. it will run down onto the flywheel and clean off the contacts/pickups usually a whole can of cleaner will clean up the flywheel real good and the problem will go way. if it occurs again just get another can and re spray it. my 89 xj had hard start due to a rear min seal being bad and oil went all over the flywheel a quick spray and wash it was good as new. and i replaced mt RMS btw.

neat but too 80's for me here's a civic i built 2 years ago and my grass drag sled
-
spray it with brake cleaner down in the hole it goes in to wash the crap off of the flywheel pickups and once running spray it while running so it washes the cps off and the flywheel my xj had that problem hard starts and no start 3.00 can of brake cleaner fixed it.

your gear set must match your front diff or when in 4x4 and spinning one will spin faster then the other and you will have a major break them -

i have seen master cyls shoot fluid up a little when you pump it with the lid off to bleed them its normal. as for the SS lines the rubber inside could be cracked and the lines fill up as well as the rubber inside of them before it hits the caliper to slow you down i bought a st of these SS line for my samurai from ebay and there cheap on price and work 110% http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Stainles ... ccessories login and e-mail him he can make them for the keeps i already talked to him about it and there like 65.00 shipped
