since I'm on the chat room and usually there is no one else on, i figured we should set up a time and day to have a nice large chat. I'm usually free every night, so lets setup a time.
  2. $500-$700
  3. BDS 4.5" XJ coils. They are the same OAL as the Rough Country's that I had in there but they are larger diameter and have more "wraps". It is stiffer riding and that's exactly what I wanted, it rides like I think a truck should ride!! CW its good when things come out the way you want them to 8)
  4. looks to be a decent starter truck. oh, and i love Eliminators :D
  5. what kinda coils did you put in?
  6. you wanna get some good bushings in those LCA's? I've got enough to replace your bad ones... yeah, wanna do that this weekend?
  7. pretty much 100% unless something happens between now and then.
  8. you have one of the coolest MJ's on here, in my opinion. keep up the great work, i'll be watching.
  9. how much you wanna bet that the owner of this one speaks spanish? :rotf:
  10. exactly. though it may seem like your saving money, you will probably not be happy with the lift and want to purchase a new one. i've learned the hard way and my advice would be to save up a little longer for a good quality kit like motion's or rubicon express.
  11. just be aware that if you buy that kit, your gonna have to get control arms since they arent included in the kit.
  12. I'm gonna come kick you in your nuts, CW looks good
  13. I have dealt with them before.. NEVER again!! I am just going to chalk it up to experience... Like I have said before, you get what you pay for. Buy cheap and you'll surely pay for it!! Very likely going with the Motion 4.5 packs made by Alcan. Just like Dirty told me way back when!!  :D CW i used to be a believer in them...i have there adj lca's but after this winter i won't.
  14. i had the EXACT same thing happen to my Rustys 4.5in leafs. Its a damn good thing that i didnt need them anytime cause it took 3 MONTHS to get a replacement leaf. if/when you call, be perpared to get extremely angry.
  15. its not just any diesel, its a Cummins diesel
  16. pics from last outing to get a feel for the terrain. http://www.greatlakesxj.com/photogaller ... index.html
  17. only 1 way to find out :D
  18.
  19. "Hollow" by Pantera
  20. its looking good for me making it...
  21. alright, here are the best pics i have. the bottom bolts are marked and the top 2 are pretty much right behind the lower bar. i then changed it up and put a winch in it.
  22. How did yours install? The one I bought is a Grill Guard, not brush guard as I said in an earlier post, not sure if they install differently. Do you have a picture? i just had to drill 4 holes into the bumper and mount it on. it wasn't strong at all, just more for looks. i'll post some pics tonight if i have any since I'm at school right now.
  23. does it just bolt to the bumper like mine did? or does it tie into the "frame"
