Thanks. Happen to have a pic of an MJ with one? It looks like it might be complimentary without looking too massive for a small truck (which I want to achieve).? Happen to know if they are available new? Years?
-
Would that chrome bumper fit an MJ?

Starts then shuts off immediately

Don't know where you got the fuel pump resistor but the one offered by Rock made by Standard is a coil resistor and will not work. Just jump the wires together. The cps as a safety feature will only allow enough fuel to fill the injectors. It will shut off in case of a leak or crash. If you replaced it, check to see that it is wired correctly. Correction: the original post stated relay but should be resistor. -
Another quality project by the man from Belleville! I see you have two capable young helpers but is someone else helping with putting the larger pieces in place?

Problems solved? -
He would want you to make it yours; paint it to your liking. Regarding the radiator, you just need a cookie jar. When you have enough money in it, buy a new radiator and you won't have those same problems. GGGF was 96 and sure had a nice run. How old is his favorite GS?

Those don't match your starter and do not look good on your truck. Why don't you sell them to me? Has anyone ever seen those for sale? New or from a junker?
-
That is wide open awesome that not only do you have his truck but he lived long enough for you to know him and you are old enough to drive.

Does anyone know if the railing was an original offering? Were there others?

Looks to be in good shape and so does the hardware. https://phoenix.craigslist.org/wvl/pts/d/casa-grande-jeep-comanche-tailgate/7576797168.html

Still in Virginia Beach for a few more days until winter storms in the middle of the country subside. Then a 2500 mile drive to Glacier National Park. Here is a Virginia Beach pic for you. Some family were on their boat whale watching . Someone unknown to them took this pic and posted it online. Only later did someone tell them of it. Thanks Pete for correcting 1he pic post.

Incredibly beautiful winter trip. Well made video. What did the night time temperature get down to? Say a few words about the heater, please.

Don't forget to loosen your belt when you sit down for Christmas dinner. -
The Londoner's friendly spirit comes through. The finished product looks better than I would have expected. Was the vinyl on the front left and the new vinyl stitched to it? Then glued to the frame? If the old vinyl was left on the front, how did they manage to stitch it? Drum rolls: Do you mind saying what you paid to have it done?

Eons ago, the advantage was to have working wisdom teeth when we needed to masticate more. Wisdom teeth are being phased out.

Is there metal under all that is covered in vinyl?
-
Limeyjeeper, aren't you the chap from Scotland? Would you mind taking a few pics of what it looks like? Someone covered it in new vinyl? What type of place did you take it to? Any words of advice are appreciated.
-
It is thought we have trouble with wisdom teeth because our jaws bones are not large enough for them. Before we evolved to where we are today, our jaws were larger when our food was less prepared. Eventually our descendants probably won't be born with wisdom teeth.

Any new ideas for vinyl replacement on dashboards? Replacing a dashboard with one out of a junker is kicking the can down the road. After 30+ years it is all brittle. Has anyone stripped off the old vinyl and cleaned up the metal and painted it? Would that pass inspection? I very much do not like the carpet overlays.
