Just wondering what other parts j should swap when doing my tranny swap. I did this 1 year ago so that's why some things aren't on the list: Throw out bearing Pilot bearing Re seal t case (leaky) Input and output t case seals Flywheel (bolt holes could be bad) All fluids related And also, what do I torque the clutch bolts down to and the flywheel bolts? Don't remember ...

Not sure but I've bought 3 pre bled kits and they've always been perfect. On mine there is a hex screw that looks like a bleeder screw

what do you mean your flywheel is falling out?was it not torqued properly on instalL? :P I torqued it to the correct spec last year when I swapped my tranny but it's coming out. I can wiggle it by hand. And my current trannys really leaky and has a bad synchro or two also, hiding the RC doesnt change anything unless you swap to something other than RC!!! keep up the good work I torqued them down to spec but obviously something isn't right haha

Should I get a new flywheel or use the one I have? Mines falling out so it could be damaged. I don't have the time to get it re surfaced. Thanks

Flywheels falling out so ordered a new tranny last week, actually a reman, so this weekend I hope it'll get here so I can swap it in with a buddy and get the jeep goin again!

So when I did my ax15 swap last September I just had a bushing made. I'd like to have an actual bearing. I've heard of guys using some bearing from like a 304 or something I don't remember. I have a 87 renix and my trannys from a 95 Cherokee. The stock renix bearing doesn't work and the stock ax15 bearing doesn't work. Thanks

So I ordered a reman ax15 and on the phone call they asked me how many bolts on in the transfer case shifter. What did they mean by that? They might call me again this morning asking it again. There was another question too by I can't remember it

So pretty sure my fly wheel is lose. If I'm pulling the tranny, I want to put in a better one. My current one leaks a lot and shifts bad. my question is, theres a lot of ax15s for sale but most without bell housing. I'm good to just swap on my current ax15 bell housing onto any ax15 right? like if i bought this, what do i need? My motor mounts are missing the top half of the rubber on both sides. Boys, it's real bad. Could someone link me some good replacements? There's so many options. I got a 87 with the 4.0. Swapped in a ax15 if that matters
