  1. It's funny because I stopped by a good mechanic here in town and it took him and I awhile to figure it out. Haha
  2. It's at 6 degrees right now and I need around 8. I already have 2.5 degree shims because assumed Id need them
  3. So I need to put in 2 degree shims. This light seem stupid but does it matter what way they go in? I've thought about it a lot and can't figure it out.
  4. Not sure what relay clicking is but I do not have a brake controller and brake lights are fine.
  5. Thanks I'll check it out later. And my caliper Bolts are plenty tight. It sounds like it's coming from under the dash somewhere but I'm not entirely sure.
  6. These two questions are completely unrelated. The clicking I'm going to describe isn't from the cable. (Cable used to click but not anymore). First: Ever since AX15 swap speedo hasn't work at all. It won't even move. The cable works fine with a drill on the end of it, speedo gear isn't the right tooth but It is in good condition, and the gear in the T-case is also good. When I put the speedo gear into the T-Case it feels like they are meshing but maybe not? I need a new speedo gear due to 4.10s and tire size but do y'all think that'll fix it? Second: Ever since this Sunday after my axle swap, I have this weird clicking noise that is always there other then when I'm braking hard or going down a hill. It sounds like plastic tapping plastic pretty fast and doesn't really change much. What could it be? thanks. It comes and goes but is mostly going. Thanks
  7. The 4.10s are nice, much more torque and going 25 is a lot easier now because 2nd used to not like it and neither did 3rd. I haven't been on the free way yet but hopefully I don't get any drive shaft vibes and hopefully it'll make it to 70 mph.
  8. Best picture I could take of it so far. Everything's going good. I went to get an alignment yesterday but they wouldn't do it until I fixed the tie rod ends and control arm bushings. I want to get the OTK from Iron rock but I don't have the money so i just got 2-25$ replacement ends from them, but I did get fixed lower arms and adjustable uppers coming in the mail in a week or so. I took a loan from my parents. Ive been doing a lot of welding for friends so Ive been making some nice cash so hopefully I can pay them back after I sell this weight rack I've made for a local gym. 9. I'm running all that except for the 242, I'm 231 and the axle is in the same spot. There plenty of room for the extra inch or so you get from the adapter
  10. This is awesome there are already 2 local guys here in Bellingham that have reached out to help a new Jeep owner! Can't say that of the other forums I use for various reasons...thanks for the warm welcome Lee and 8valve! It's weird you work at fanatik I just saw a really cool vinyl wrap on a newer crew cab truck with Fanatik on the side. I used to work at a shop that did wraps, and that one still got my attention! We'll all have to grab a beer sometime so I can pick your brains on jeep stuff I'm here in BHAM too. I you ever need anything just PM me

  12. So HP 30, 8.8, and all lift parts are in. Only hiccup I had was that Lee and I put on a wheel bearing from my old axle but it made it so my rotors hit the ball joint area and therefore the wheel wouldn't turn so I had to go buy a new wheel bearing and put that on. Other then that all is good. I'm probably going to have some driveshaft vibes but I got shims. Ill get a pic of the whole truck tomorrow. I also need to go get an alignment soon. 13. So last night Lee and I put a bearing off my old cad dana30 that looked brand new but turns out it wasn't the exact same. I just put in a new one for the right year and it works good!
  14. So just finished 8.8 SOA and hp 30 swap Passenger from side will not turn forwards. Only backwards. The caliper isn't stuck at all and that side had a brand new wheel bearing. What do I do? Hopefully it's sumple
  15. Where in the axle tube up and down should the shock mounts be? Do I weld them on when the trucks weight is On the axle ? How extended should the shock be? Thanks. I'm SOA and I have bilsteins and the ruff stuff simple swap shock mounts
