Get the boost works kit. 41$ and it's perfect. I've newer tried the Novak kit but I have no complaints with the boost works kit plus it's way less $$$

So at the sand dunes my 2 month old clutch line blew a hole in itself. The line that connects the master to the slave. Anybody know why? Totally random? My uncle thinks that I should get a stainless braided line crimped on their instead.

So I'm at the dunes. My truck is doing really well but I blew a hole in my master cylinder line and a bearing cap on my front driveshaft fell off so I'm getting a weird knocking Sound but it'll be fine. Tomorrow I'm making a trip up to napa in Tilamook OR to get some parts. Overall though the jeeps killing it out here -

Well today we are heading down to the dunes, but I'm pissed because i left my drivers side door unlocked and most of my tools got stolen. The people left a lot of them though but it was still about 500$ worth. -
Some guy off Craigslist wants to buy my old CAD Dane 30 from my comanche but he's not sure if it'll work in his grand Cherokee. I couldn't find anything about it. Anybody know? Thanks

Well I was very surprised to get tires for Christmas. I'm going to Les Schwab tomorrow to get some 33x15x10.5 toyo open country M/Ts. I don't want to go any wider then I have now because I want my same turning radius. I'm on the road 99% of the time anyway so I've heard the Toyos are pretty good -
Putting in new control arms
Jackrabbit41 replied to Jackrabbit41's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Thanks -
Can I put in my new control arms without jacking the truck up? Like do one at a time? Also, for my upper adjustables, should I just set the length to the stock upper lengths? Thanks

So just put the lights in. I was told there was 7 to 9, there's actually 13 (I was wanting more everything LED not just gauge lights) so I need to get more. And mine dim! Works perfectly. Can't wait to get the rest Right now I have one green turn signal and one blue haha

I think they still have their "Military" Coupon code active. Other than that, I don't know. I have the basic front bumper from them, Rear bumper & Rock Sliders. I absolutely love the sliders & The rear bumper, They've held up to a LOT of abuse. Hell first time i was out with the sliders, I got really jammed on a stump in the mud, The slider was sitting right on top of it. In the process of being winched out, The slider actually RIPPED the stump out of the ground. The basic front bumper is pretty meh. It's cheap & looks decent, But is made from VERY thin metal. I managed to bend the whole corner peice/ Break a weld / Bend another part of it. Shoulda got winch bumper. Mines made out of at least 1/4inch

So on saturday I put in my 2.5 degree shims and they helped but looks like I'm going to have to go about a degree or so more. I thought I only needed 2-3 degrees more but I guess i didn't measure right. Around 62mph I get some vibes. Before the 2.5 shims i put in it was around 48ish. -

Get this for your shift linkage. 100% better then anything stock. Much cheaper then the novak kit as well and it works just as good, if not better. http://www.boostwerksengineering.com/231-HD-Shift-Linkage-Manual-Trans-_p_29.html they have a different one for an auto tranny if thats what you have. -

Jackrabbit41 replied to danielz247's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Go to photo bucket and upload the photo. Then on the right hand side of the screen on photobucket click on the bottom link and it'll copy it. Then paste that link in the icon on this website above the text box that looks like a side ways paper clip and has a small green button by it. -
Fellow high school comanche bro. Looks awesome!

I just did my 5.5 inch lift and I didn't need a drop pitman. I don't think you need one. the only thing i had to change in the front end was a adjustable track bar.
