my old jeep ( its the faded red one in the sig pic) the guy was drunk and tried to go through a fence. Well you guys have seen tyhe pic of the doors that were on the jeep I'm fixin right ? they came off my old jeep and the old bed (still rust free ) is pretty much destroyed

I'm gunna . does it say on the ring gear or do i count the teeth or sompthin ive already got the axel and i was just gonna mover the perches over to the right spot. how far over do i move them ?

i know whats goin in my jeep oh and it SOA too, only problem is that its has a bunch of holes in the cover so there hasnt been any oil in it for like 5 years. but it should still be fine. and the axel is already out and the breaks are seized

okay antidisestablishmentarianism would an xj with that motor and an auto transmission have for gears?

i was thinkiing about an old xj we had as a donor and my dad says it had a 4 cyl carberated engine and I'm just wondering if the xj ever came with that?

i think so you may need doifferent drive shafts but i know for a fact that xj/mj engine trannies are completly identical so they should bolt in

the 2.5 is an awsome trail engine its really torquy and quite light my old 2wd comanche with the 2.5 and a open dana 35 could follow a 4 wd untill you got into really bad stuff where my granpys 4.0 2wd needed my jeep to make a track through anysort of deep snow so it could get out of the driveway.

:agree: just pund em ou and replace them with a bolt and nut it will be abit of a pain takiing it off the next time unless you have a helper though
