Talked to one of his workers who used program and run the mill he said he should have the tooling already to do the work which is good as this will keep the cost down. One thing he will not do is the chrysler emblem due to copyright stuff. Just the Comanche would be fine. Can I get idea on size or type of metal? This would have to be on the thicker side due to just being able to Vise the part and not build a fixture (more cost)I think 1/8 inch maybe. I will try to talk to the actual owner this week so shot me some sizes and maybe I can get some cad drawings so you guy can see it. This is my idea on metals, Aluminum, Brass or IMO Stainless would be the best since is lasts forever never wares or dulls but would cost the most. I have some other ideas but want to run them by him first to see if its possible as he knows more than I do.

Here where I am you can get the vo-tech school to do work for a donation and parts maybe you could check on this????

I have a friend that has a CNC mill sitting with no work. I can check with him on engraving a design on a piece of solid brass or stainless. I have no idea of price but I can see what he thinks???

don't look at it as one big job just several small ones. I have done several on old cars from the 70`s and was scared to do one with all the crap these 4.0`s have but once I started it was no problem quite simple. And remeber theres allways tons of help on here! It may be less work than pulling all the items you listed.

Well i have read on here quite a bit having only one Comanche just isnt right? I have been avoiding going to look at this but it bugging me not to,1988 Jeep Comanche 4wd, 4 cyl, 5 spd, runs and drives, body good, needs piston rings, inspection ran out 2 months ago, doesn't smoke, driven daily until 3 months ago. 400.00.Image Not Found Add Its been in the classified a while and not very far away. I have decided not to drive mine in the winter and I am thinking this would be a great truck for the salt. What do you think? I may go monday and look at it and if someone else wants it I will send them contact info as I may need a new home if I drag this in.

I hope to shot the LCP friday I have been on the net for a couple hours trying to decide which holster type to get. I have a couple of larger handguns a 1911 colt 45 and a colt special police 38 I was looking for something for summer when wearing shorts and going to the mall etc where it would never be seen. I am also allowed to carry at work as long as its out of sight. I just sold a couple of 25 autos that were way to small. Worst part is the 380 ammo is scarce around here right now.

I see several of them mostly little old men and very rusty. I did see one today thats pretty nice but he lives up the road and I see it almost everyday. Most of them are also long bed 2wheel drives. In the past 1 1/2 years I have had mine maybe only 2 SWB 4x4 trucks. And yes I am always looking wife thinks I am nuts but shes now starting to say "theres one" she did it today.

Yes both ways is a must and keep it going for a while mine took a little bit to blow some gobs of crud out. Worked great after, also if its the closed system be sure to bleed it.

I was thinking about that and was hoping for a conformation. It does this off and on not everytime. I think a tune up, new cps,gas filter sure can't hurt.

(96 XJ auto 100,000 miles 4.0) Wifes xj has been having a hard time starting it will just crank and crank until you hold the gas down. This has started since it got cold out. I know its not a big deal if it were on mine but she has a remote start so its useless now and now is when she needs it most. Thanks for any help or ideas.
