Hey everyone,
I just joined a new to me veteran group. Its called Maverick Movement. They want to help end veteran suicide, if you didn't know the floating figure is 22 veterans a day commit suicide. They also want to help procure service dogs and other things. I didn't ask them for help they found me and helped me out. I have been pretty much homeless since mid November or so. My gofundme helped out for a bit but went fast, thanks again for the help members. Well I was just introducing myself to a new Facebook page. One guy starts messaging me to help and another and etc... Well members of Maverick Movement drove to their Wal-Mart and sent me gas money out of their own pockets. One guy drove an hour one-way to help. As I mentioned on my gofundme I will be paying them back with taxes soon. Now I would much appreciate you guys liking their Facebook page. Just search Maverick Movement on there. There is a Twitter, website, and gofundme for them too. They have about 720 followers on Facebook with a short term goal of 1500. I can not say enough good things about them. Never even met them in person and helped me so I wouldn't freeze in the NY winter in my Jeep. If you donate that's even better, but I'm just asking for a like on Facebook. Maybe invite some friends to like them too. They are a legit vet group made of vets with a 501c IRS status.
