:headpop: got the same part again, people at lordco saying that it would work, ofcourse it won't... because its not for my transmission, thank you, i brought that number in this morning just as a fail safe, I'm glad i did, i told them i wanted that number and they were like what for?? grrr :fs1: so... yet again tomorrow i will finish this thing, thanks again kastein in advanced, i hope that part will work for me :D

i thought doubble flared lines don't require o-rings? and doesnt dot fluid swell/destroy the rubber?

the people at lordco are just "Smart" S-M-R-T :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: people at lordco in vancouver are ever smarter, they thought it would be a good idea to throw the wrong part into a box and send it out, so when i went into lordco they told me someone pulled a fast one and just threw it in the box I'm begining to be very very very annoyed, so.... once again ill be waiting till tomorow to get my seal, and will install it after work

tried a flathead first, went back to lordco for a seal puller, out in 5 seconds :D going to pick up the seal now, and when I'm off work ill post more pics :D

back down to lordco, for the billionth time in a row, ive been there daily, they don't have my transmission seal so its being shipped up from Vancouver so it should be here by the morning time, and once I'm off work i will install the seal, and post more picks, as well as a DIY for AX-4 output seal replacement

not installed but... I'm begining to think lordco people don't really know what they are doing, they gave me the wrong seal so i got pics of half the seal replacement done. its pretty simple, just need a seal puller and well the seal, and gear oil reading my trusty repair manual :huh???: :shake: i know unheard of right? parts and tools leaky seal my new fold-able creeper i got for $10 another random pic of me, workin on my truck as soon as i woke up, lol no more oil leak driveshaft out all cleaned up and seal out and now time to put in the n.... wait a minuite... I'm pretty sure that that isnt the right seal so time for some random pics, rotten rocker, the paint is holding the rotted metallic rust (metallic because more rust than metal) and driveshaft yolk? more too come, :D

i tried looking online, any one have done it and know a diy? mine is fubar so i am getting a new one tomorrow, my transimission is for the 2.5L and doesnt have a tcase

taking genovast's advice, go buy the $7 seal XD fixed my oil leak, when me and my friend put it on, he didnt make sure the gasket was on properly o_O another good reason to do all the work myself, so i know for certain it gets done, up to my standards atleast :D going down to buy a output shaft seal for my ax-4 will post some pics after its installed

transmission is not leaking, its puking, has something to do when i snapped the bolts off in my rear diff, I'm debating if i wana buy the 4.0L HO motor with an AX-15 Tranny

my tranny is leaking from where the yolk goes in, can this be fixed? or should i go ahead and buy the 4.0L HO engine with ax 15 tranny?

got her insured no longer have to worry about breaking down on the side of the road

ahh i see what you mean now, good idea but id rather my straps fail instead of my pinion gear/shaft :oops: lmao when the time comes to replace it i will XD keep that as a spare in my glovebox with a bottle of brake fluid and lots of extensions XD

is there a thread that shows what you mean? :P and how costly is it? since i have a dana 35, i don't want to spend alot of money on it

the carnage! the tools me at work (only got a pic of me because i had a helper who got ahold of the camera) my helpers feet, this is relevant because my coveralls are in the picture parts got the broken bolts out all finished back into her spot :) lol new problem, slight tranny leak now i just need to re-adjust my e-brake :P and fix that leak

back a step :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: snapped the bolts off my rear diff, driveshaft spun everywhere, now i need to get it towed to shop :ack: so far ive torched the broken bolts, they expanded a bit, so it should come out easier, going to pick up an left handed bit and get that guy outta there, hopefully i can get it done at the end of my driveway, but no promises XD

today i went to autoshop and i removed the my mismatched tires off my rims and threw on some goodyear wranglers, took me about an hour to remove, wirewheel the rims for rust on the edges, put new tires on, and balance them. by the time i had all my tires ready to be balanced another person in the shop wasnt even finished balancing his first tire, so i made him get off so i could do mine XD poor guy had some beat up 33's that were just... not balancing, XD off with the old on with the new lol this is quite interesting, :shake: had to beat one on permanent resident to my vehicle until i get some more lug nuts, i beat that sucker on just to get my tire off, never can be to careful, got 3 tool kits behind my seat too hmm i need to fix this, P.O didnt put the hinges back in when he painted, off comes the dash again time to install a stereo, hmm the wires were FUBAR so i abandoned them mounting it and finished :) speakers in, and ready to go now not only does it make lots of noise and drive, it has music as well :D

found some old pics from way back, never uploaded them from when i first started the thread now for an update gave my trucks engine bay and bed of the truck a good pressure wash, before after all clean :) and when i was cleaning i found i didnt screw in a bolt on my transmission :eek: up on jackstands again :D all my spare rubber XD bout time to swap em and my new breaks (bit weathered) and this is my shifter that I'm welding on getting paint thinner to reveal the chrome stripping the P.O painted over bling bling welding these cracks up at my friends house once i got it insured more to come :)

fixed it, when it stalled it pulled the posi cable off and welded itself to my starter, frying my batt completely

exactly it fixed it 10 mins before i seen your post :D thanks for the input
