i would fix it these other guys got nice jeeps to start with. me and you not so much i had to fab the last 2 feet of frame by hand and by the rear cab mounts tooo . it will be a hell of a project but next time you see a rusty frame or your other mj breaks you won't be like " oooooo my god what will i do now " youll be like " naaaa justs a little problem easy fix"

my jeep had a salter on the back for 8 years and the frame was that bad 2 months 2 sheets of 12 guage and 1000 $ and boom brand new

what you need to do is start it and run it YES I KNOW IT leaks but it has to get warm THEN titen it up not to much it will break. and its not the heator core its your little heater sensor on the right side inside the cab under the dash. it has little springs and when it gets to hot it reduces the amount of heat thus you have no heat when its full blast its low right . the little sensor is behind the heator fan but to take it out its inside the cab :yes:
